• Spacious kitchen & dining: A chef’s dream with a 6-burner stove, oven, blender, and quality cast-iron pans. Essentials like coffee, herbal teas, and filtered water are provided. A handcrafted Guanacaste wood dining table seats 10, perfect for meals, work, or gatherings.

• Living room with fireplace: Cozy sofas, warm ambience, and stunning mountain views.

• Private deck: Relax in fresh mountain air while gazing across the valley.

• Two bedrooms upstairs:

  • Master suite with king bed, bamboo linens, fireplace, and private balcony.

  • Second bedroom with queen bed, private balcony, and incredible valley views.

• Bathrooms:

  • Downstairs with modern design and powerful shower.

  • Upstairs with a luxurious two-person bathtub framed by volcano views.

• Wellness amenities: Yoga mat, free weights, high-speed WiFi (20mbs).

• Eco-conscious living: Built with natural materials, equipped with a biodigester, and committed to chemical-free, sustainable practices.

• Location: 15 minutes above Antigua, limited shops nearby (Uber/taxis available).

• Quiet hours: 9 pm–8 am. No parties, loud music, or fireworks.

• Accessibility: Narrow spiral staircase may not suit guests with mobility issues.

• Construction: Some work is ongoing nearby; we offer discounted pricing for potential inconvenience.

• Eco-living: Please use provided soaps/detergents and conserve water.

• Shoes off indoors: House slippers provided to protect the earthen floors.
